What is your return policy for lighting and plumbing fixtures?
We accept returns on most uninstalled items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom orders and final sale items are not eligible for return.
How much does shipping cost within Canada and the USA?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. We offer free standard shipping on most orders over $200, excluding oversized items like bathtubs or large chandeliers.
Do your products come with a manufacturer's warranty?
Yes, all products sold by ROBINSON Lighting & Bath are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, which typically range from one year to a limited lifetime warranty depending on the brand.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your shipment's progress.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you notice any damage, contact our customer service team within 48 hours with photos of the damage so we can arrange for a replacement or repair.
